The enemy is not Coronavirus, it's your mindset!
Indecision
This time is to read, reflect and reinvent your mindset. It's time you take important decisions such as quit smoking, alcohol and junk food for example. Before making any decisions ask yourself - why, what and how? You will get your answers and trust me if you implement these new changes in your lives, one day in future when you connect the dots it will all make sense to you. Get to know yourself, give a thought about your existing self and visualise your future self. Then take action toward achieving your goals and be decisive throughout the process. For example: if you don't like your job, take a decision - learn a new skill and get a job you like. Bring the change NOW!
Doubt
It is very common to doubt your abilities to handle the crisis, many of us have lost their jobs and that includes me too. The best way to deal with this is to continue believing in yourself along with efforts to improve your skillset. Think about it, it's a great time to develop new skills in the meantime. Chances are you'll find yourself working in a dream job or get a promotion after the lockdown. It's the best time to invest in books, podcast and online training to upgrade yourself effectively. I assure you, self-development is definitely worth much more than self-doubt. Go for it!
Fear
Amongst the fast spread of this virus, it's okay to be concerned about your own health and safety. In fact, you should take all the prevention measures and follow guidelines of social distancing, washing hands and staying at home. However, don't let the fear of infection stop you from doing what you want to do. Feel like you need fresh air? Go for a run to your nearest park and follow the social distancing norms- maintaining at least 2 metres distance from anybody. Don't let fear take you over!
